1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 22phfun platform — including the website at 22phfun.app, any associated mobile-optimised pages, and all games and services offered therein — you ("the Player," "you," "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 22phfun Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

22phfun reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to players who do not meet these eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any funds held in such accounts may be subject to forfeiture pending investigation.
3. Account Registration
To access real-money games and services on 22phfun, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:
- One account per person: Each individual may hold only one 22phfun account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

- Account activity: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your 22phfun account, whether or not authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 22phfun support immediately.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 22phfun platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:
- Accepted payment methods: 22phfun accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.
- Minimum and maximum limits: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your 22phfun account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. 22phfun reserves the right to impose transaction limits at its discretion.
- Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
- Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

- Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognised third-party testing laboratories to ensure that outcomes are random, unbiased, and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 22phfun platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:
- Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
- Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including proceeds of crime or money laundering.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 22phfun platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

- Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities.
- Damages resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 22phfun's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
22phfun collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering on 22phfun, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of personalised gaming experiences and promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Account Suspension & Closure
22phfun reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
- Suspected collusion, cheating, or use of prohibited software.
- Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers in bad faith.
- A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
- Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority.
Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play that has not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and any applicable legal holds.
13. Amendments to These Terms
22phfun reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the 22phfun platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 22phfun platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
For disputes relating to the regulatory conduct of 22phfun's gaming operations, players may also refer their complaint to PAGCOR through the official PAGCOR complaint channels. 22phfun cooperates fully with all PAGCOR regulatory processes.
